Prerequisite for this course
You need to be First Aid, Oxygen Administration and Rescue certified to enrol in the Divemaster course.
You also need to complete Deep 40 and Nitrox specialties before Divemaster certification.
We can provide a highly competitive pack prices if you do not have these certifications already.
Theory Lessons
Working through the manuals from the Divemaster program, with our expert Pro-Level Instructors, we will cover subjects including Physics, Physiology, Environment, Risk Assessment and Dive Management. We aim to get this completed within the first 2 weeks of training, which means we can focus on in-water training for the remainder of the time.
Pool Sessions
During Divemaster training we will complete at least 3 Skill Circuits in the pool. These excercises will have you demonstrating diving skills perfectly, ready to conduct Refresher courses independently, and assist all training courses alongside a certified Instructor.
Ocean Diving
During you Divemaster program you will have access to unlimited diving! We will not cap your dive numbers in anyway. Alongside fun dives, our primary focus is to have you ready to work as a Divemaster the day the training finishes. With this in mind, we will be spending many days out on the boat practicing dive briefings and leading dives. As well as dive leading workshops we will also conduct buoyancy and navigation, search and recovery, knots, and lift bag workshops; to name a few. You will also have the opportunity to assist in all recreational courses, getting hands on with real customers in a real training environment.
