The Dive Master internship is full immersion: you’ll assist on real courses, guide certified divers at the Gilis’ best sites, master demonstration-quality skills, and learn how a busy dive centre actually runs — boats, compressors, logistics, guests and all.
By the end you won’t just be a certified professional — you’ll have guided real divers, handled real situations, and earned the kind of confidence you can’t get from a course that only lasts a week.
Yes — the RAID Dive Master is a professional certification recognised worldwide. Many of our DMs go straight into seasonal work.
You'll need your Master Rescue and a logged-dive minimum — message us with your current level and we'll map out the path.
