No licence. No pressure. Just water.

The try dive is exactly what it sounds like: a real scuba dive, made completely beginner-proof. A short theory briefing, some practice breaths in shallow water, and then a gentle guided dive over the reef to a maximum of 12 metres — with your instructor next to you every second. The whole thing takes about four hours, so you’re back on the beach by lunch.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience?

None at all. We start with a briefing and shallow-water practice, and your instructor stays within arm's reach for the whole dive.

Does the try dive count toward a certification?

Yes — if you catch the bug (you will), your try dive can count toward the Open Water course.

Can I do a second dive the same day?

Yes, most first-timers add an optional second dive — ask us about it.
